This Privacy Policy explains how Insight AI VN ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use WiseNest mobile application. By using WiseNest, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy complies with Personal Data Protection Decree (13/2023/ND-CP) and international standards such as GDPR where applicable. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. We collect several types of information:

Account Information: Email, display name, profile picture (optional), and authentication data from social login providers (Google, Apple, Facebook).
Usage Data: Device information, app usage statistics, crash reports, and general location (country/region). We do NOT collect precise GPS location.
User Content: Food items, expiry dates, shopping lists, recipe preferences, and custom categories.
Payment Information: Subscription status and transaction IDs. Actual payment details are processed by Apple/Google.
Communications: Support emails and attachments you provide.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for:

Service Delivery: Provide inventory tracking, expiry notifications, and recipe suggestions.
Sync and Backup: Synchronize data across devices for Premium users.
Notifications: Send expiry alerts and service announcements.

Your data is stored securely: • Cloud Storage: Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers in US and Singapore. • Encryption: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. • Access Controls: Only authorized personnel can access user data. • Security Audits: Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing. No method of transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

Active Account: Data retained while your account is active.
Account Deletion: Personal data deleted within 30 days of request.
Backup Retention: Backups retained up to 90 days for disaster recovery.
Legal Requirements: Some data retained longer if required by law.
Anonymized Data: May be retained indefinitely for statistical analysis.
