1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WiseNest ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the following supplementary legal documents (collectively, the "Agreement"): • Privacy Policy • Subscription Terms • App Permissions • Disclaimer These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Insight AI VN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP. We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To use WiseNest, you must: • Be at least 13 years old (or digital consent age in your jurisdiction) • Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements • Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

3. Description of Service

WiseNest is a food and home inventory management app that helps users: • Track food items and expiry dates • Manage household inventory • Receive expiry notifications • Create shopping lists • Discover recipes The App is for personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain information accuracy
Maintain security of your credentials
Not share your credentials
Notify us of unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all account activities

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions: • Billing through Apple App Store or Google Play Store • Auto-renewal unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal date • Prices may change with advance notice • Refunds handled by app stores per their policies

6. Free Trials

Free trials may be offered: • Eligibility determined by Apple/Google • Subscription begins automatically if not cancelled • Unused trial portions forfeited upon purchasing subscription

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to: • Store, process, and display your content for service delivery • Create backups • Analyze anonymized data for improvements You are solely responsible for your User Content.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Circumvent security features
Use automated systems without permission
Transmit malware or malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with App functionality

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Insight AI VN and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING: • MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE • NON-INFRINGEMENT • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION • ACCURACY OF CONTENT

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Insight AI VN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL • FOOD-RELATED ILLNESS OR HEALTH ISSUES • DECISIONS BASED ON APP INFORMATION TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Insight AI VN from claims arising from: • Your use of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of third-party rights

13. Termination

We may terminate your account for Terms violations or at our discretion. You may terminate through App settings. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, App Permissions, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Insight AI VN.
