1. About WiseNest Premium
WiseNest Premium unlocks advanced features:
• Unlimited item tracking
• Cloud sync across devices
• Advanced expiry notifications
• AI-powered recipe suggestions
• Family sharing
• Priority support
• Ad-free experience
By subscribing to Premium, you agree to the terms in this document, along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer flexible options:
- Weekly: Billed every 7 days
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days
- 3 Months: Billed every 3 months (Save ~10%)
- 6 Months: Billed every 6 months (Save ~25%)
- Annual: Billed every 12 months (Save ~60% - Best Value)
3. Pricing
• Prices displayed in your local currency
• Prices may vary by region
• Prices include applicable taxes
• Current prices shown before purchase confirmation
4. Billing and Payment
Payments processed through app stores:
- Apple App Store: Charged to your Apple ID account.
- Google Play Store: Charged to your Google Play account.
- Auto-Renewal: Renews automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends.
- Renewal Charge: Charged within 24 hours prior to period end.
5. Free Trials
Free trials may be offered:
• Full Premium access during trial
• Subscription begins automatically if not cancelled
• Eligibility determined by Apple/Google
• Unused trial portions forfeited upon purchasing
6. Cancellation
Cancel anytime:
iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > WiseNest > Cancel
Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > WiseNest > Cancel
After cancellation:
• Premium access continues until period ends
• Data remains intact
• Re-subscribe anytime
7. Refunds
Refunds handled by app stores:
iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
Android: Google Play Support
Insight AI VN cannot process refunds directly.
8. Feature Changes
We continuously improve:
• New features added at no additional cost
• Existing features may be improved
• Significant changes communicated in advance
9. Price Changes
Prices may be adjusted:
• 30 days advance notice before increases
• Current rate continues until next renewal
• Cancel before new price takes effect
10. Termination
Premium may be terminated:
• By You: Cancel as described in Section 6
• By Us: For Terms of Service violations
Upon termination, Premium features become unavailable but data remains accessible.
